Who we are

This website (publishiadigital.com) is operated by Publishia Digital (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@publishiadigital.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, company, website, monthly ad budget and the service you are interested in. We receive only what you type in.

Technical data. To protect the form from spam we briefly use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It is held in server memory for about ten minutes and is not saved. Our hosting may also keep standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.

Analytics and advertising — only with your consent. If you accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. See Cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services.
• To keep track of enquiries in our internal dashboard, including notes our team adds.
• With your consent, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our own advertising.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We use enquiry data because you asked us to respond (steps before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you:

• Messaging: enquiries are forwarded to our team via WhatsApp — through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform or the CallMeBot notification service — and, where we use one, an automation tool that routes them to our inbox or CRM.
• Hosting: the servers that run this website.
• Analytics and advertising (only with consent): Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), which process data under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some providers are located outside your country; where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and follow up. If no working relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. If we become your agency, we keep the information needed to run and document our work together. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

Always on (no tracking): your light/dark theme choice and your cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Only if you accept: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits, and the Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp) to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. We also record a “lead” event when a contact form is sent successfully — the event says that a form was sent, not what you wrote.

At the moment this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If that changes, you will be asked first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our Terms of use.
